At the beginning of the project it was very difficult not to have the support of the team. We had to break paradigms and work. New tools were implemented for the design, use of wireframes and Mockups.
Interviews were conducted with businesses and users of the platform to gain knowledge of pain on the website. The objectives to be met with the redesign were identified.
Using the platform (HotJar) Analysis of results where the Hotjar tool was implemented Customer JourneyMap (Scenarios) Tests were made with the cardsorting and tree testing tools
Forward 3.5 usability assessment (Nielsen heuristics)
A complete analysis was done with these tools.
