Site redesign to improve user experience and interaction.
Our process for each member was a benchmark, design process and alignment to the version of the site.
A proposal was made and it was validated with the project leads. It was validated by the developers and the mockups of the scenarios were made.
Redesign of the checkout inside the Shopper application.
Redesign of the auto-accept orders actionable on the RT home page.
Redesign of the notifications section for RT and grouping of orders in the APP.
Redesign of the in-store section that is used when the RT goes to place the order in a store.
