Goal

Create an experience where the user can have an information base of the physical locations where he/she can make use of Tigo Money services.


Approach

Know the business rules for the credit project, interviews with users to see behavior with this product.


Hypothesis
  • • Does the user know where to go to make use of Tigo Money services?
  • • How important is it for the user to know what is offered at certain Tigo Money Points?
  • • What a Tigo Money Point is?
  • • Will there be duplicity of merchants/dot tigo money (data management)?

Problematic

The user can understand how to locate the Tigo Point that offers to solve his needs.

The user will have an experience in the search for a Tigo Point within the App.
