Goal

Adapt GAP's e-commerce experience to Liverpool's shared PWA architecture while preserving GAP's brand identity and supporting the complete shopping journey.



Design approach

The project reused proven commerce patterns and technical foundations from Liverpool, then translated navigation, content hierarchy, product presentation and transactional states into GAP's visual language.

Homepage

The homepage combined GAP campaigns and category discovery with the shared PWA header, account, search, service and footer patterns.

Outcome

The project delivered a coherent GAP-branded experience across the principal e-commerce journey while leveraging Liverpool's shared platform patterns. It is presented as a UX/UI implementation contribution; no unsupported sales or conversion metrics are claimed.
