Goal
Improve critical operational flows in the Soy Rappi app so delivery partners could understand tasks, order states and route decisions while working in real time.
Process
Each initiative began with the current operational scenario and its rules. I mapped the necessary states, created interface alternatives and aligned the proposal with project leads and developers before documenting implementation scenarios.
1. Checkout
The in-store checkout flow guided RTs through contacting the customer, confirming loyalty information, scanning the order, reviewing products and completing payment-related tasks.
2. Auto-acceptance
The auto-acceptance component communicated status, acceptance-rate requirements, progress and prioritization directly on the operational home screen.
3. Notification
The grouped-route proposal showed how additional orders changed distance, expected earnings and stop sequence before the RT accepted them.
4. Instore
The instore experience supported single and grouped orders, expandable product details, order confirmation and the transition from pickup to customer delivery.
Outcome
The work created consistent, implementation-ready states for several high-pressure operational moments in the RT journey. This project documents my product and interface design contribution; no unsupported efficiency or delivery metrics are claimed.
