Goal

Modernize key shopping journeys while creating reusable patterns that could scale across Liverpool's responsive commerce ecosystem.

Approach

I worked across multiple sections and scenarios, aligning proposals with brand guidelines, existing platform behavior and technical feasibility.

Process

Each assignment began with a review of the current experience and relevant commerce patterns. Proposals were aligned with project leads, reviewed with developers and documented through responsive scenarios and implementation-ready prototypes.

Additional initiatives

◆ Facebook

I explored social sign-in states and their implications for registration, account access and error handling.

Social sign-in states and scenarios

◆ Multisitios

I supported the multi-brand experience for Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, West Elm and Williams Sonoma, maintaining shared interaction patterns while respecting each brand's visual guidelines.

◆ Prototypes

High-fidelity prototypes documented interaction details and gave developers a shared implementation reference.

Outcome

The work established responsive, reusable patterns across high-traffic commerce touchpoints and extended them to related brands. The outcome is presented through shipped references and implementation artifacts; no unsupported conversion metrics are claimed.
